ABOUT THE BBM
Dental hygienists in Belgium! We’re all for it.
The Belgian Professional Association for Dental Hygienists (BBM) was set up by ten former students who graduated with a Bachelor in Dental Hygiene in the 2018-2019 academic year. Five studied at the Artevelde University in Ghent and the other five at the UCLL in Leuven. Each one a driven and passionate pioneer of the dental profession. Step by step, they created something beautiful. Here are some of the key dates so far:
∙ 14/07/2018
First meeting of the ten board members. Since then, meetings are held monthly.
∙ 30/04/2019
The nonprofit Belgian Professional Association for Dental Hygienists (BBM) registered its articles of association and obtained its company registration number. From this point it became a full legal entity.
∙ 03/05/2019
The nonprofit Belgian Professional Association for Dental Hygienists (BBM) was published in the Belgian Official Journal (Staatsblad/Moniteur).
